Many features: heart rate, steps, heart zones, calories burned. You can get notifications from your phone. You can track specific exercises, You can set timers and alarms. You can even turn on "water lock" so you an wear it swimming or in the shower! However, the multitude of features and modes can be overwhelming: the display I'm currently using has tiny type but it is tricky to change the settings on the device itself; you will probably want to do so from your phone. Inspire 2 stuck on Water Lock, intrusive feature
This product needs to update or simply get rid of the water lock feature. The watch continually alerts me about this feature throughout the day, it is very distracting and annoying. Suggestions of loosening the band, changing the clock face, or various combinations of double taping and clicking, they all have not worked.

Way better than expected
This was a replacement for my FitBit One, which I loved. I bought it because it is the only FitBit with a clip accessory available. I didn't think I'd like wearing it on my wrist, but I found that I don't mind it at all. I wasn't expecting the extra feature that lets me know whenever I have a notification on my phone. That's really useful. And after not wearing a watch for years, I'm enjoying being able to see the time on my wrist. Who knew?This was a replacement for my FitBit One, which I loved. great replacement for Yoo HD
Nice open box Fitbit never used as described. I bought it to replace a refurbished Yoo HD that only lasted 4 months. I didn't need all the features but just wanted a pedometer that interfaces with the Noom app on my phone. I also wanted a small tracker on my wrist like the Yoo. So this fits the bill and satisfied so far after a week. Hopefully this will last for a while. The only issue I had was I turned on Exercise mode and not intuitive how to turn off so had to Google it after a day.
